MobiKwik is an Indian payment service provider founded in 2009 that provides a mobile phone-based payment system and digital wallet. Customers add money to an online wallet that can be used for payments.
Recently I found an error where people were not able to link their Mobikwik account it was showing “This device is registered with other account, please contact customer care.”
I found some solutions to this error hence today I am here to share those solutions with you so keep reading.
Cause of this issue
Whenever a user tries to link his UPI account on the Mobiwik account it actually links the phone’s IMEI number with your account and whenever you try to link a second account it doesn’t allow you to do so because you already have the account registered on the same account.
A solution to This Device is Registered With other Account in Mobikwik
To solve this error you just have to open your old Mobikwik account and link that old account again. Now you have to tap on three dots present in the upper-right corner and go to “Set security pin” and then go to “Deregister UPI account” and confirm the deletion of your old account. Or you can directly call the customer support of Mobikwik on 011 6126 6390 and request them to register your account.
Now you are free to open a new account and register it with a bank account and UPI ID.
