Well, there are two ways for receiving a Flipkart login with OTP. 1st way is to receive it to your linked phone number and the second way is to receive it to the Email, which should be linked to your Flipkart account, otherwise, this option will not be visible to you.

Tap the didn’t get a code? button to receive the second OTP, But be careful you only have a few chances to get that code, after that there is a limit to getting the OTP. You can try to log in to your account on the desktop browser or in incognito mode if Flipkart is saying login with OTP is unavailable. please contact customer care.
If you are not able to get OTP to your Phone Number then try to get OTP on your Email (If linked).
Not Receiving Flipkart OTP to Email
Some steps are common I will not explain them again you can just refer to the above Methods. When you can log in with OTP through a Mobile number you can try to get OTP via email.

The same as from method 1 from above. It’s necessary to give an idea to check the recovery mail if it’s correct or not., and also ensure you have opened the same recovery mail account to see the OTP.

If you are using a smartphone then you can try this method to Clear the email app’s cache. It will not delete any important data from emails or anything else and it can resolve your problem easily.

Your Flipkart App is working fine but Browser is causing issue, it simply means your browser have issue or Flipkart web site has issue.
To solve Browser issue you can Update the Browser, Clear Fipkart site Cookies, Try other browser, etc.
