  1. If specifically OTP is not receiving then problem may be on the official server from where you are tring to get OTP.

    In this situation try to use another number or be patient and try to get OTP after 2-3 hours.

    I am using a JIOfi dongle for internet usage.Now my issue is that i am unable to recharge that dongle number (9353723***) using the myjio app for the simple reason being that the OTP is going to a number ,again of jio which i have stopped using long back. Please suggest how to change the OTP alternate number for the jio dongle number mentioned above so that i get OTP to the currently being used phone number which is( 9019321***) this.

    • If the old number is still not given to new user then you can try to get it back by going to Jio storre near you. As per my Knowledge it takes about 90-120 days to expire a sim card and give it to new user, so try to reach Jio store as early as possible.
